When you contact Fixtur Services or request a quote, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, suburb or project area, selected services, project description and any photographs you choose to submit.
Why we collect this information
Information is used to respond to your request, review your scope, communicate quotations, provide services if agreed and maintain appropriate business records. We do not publish your photographs or project details without appropriate permission.
Storage and service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website and stores enquiry records in D1 and uploaded photographs in private R2 storage. Resend delivers enquiry notification emails to our business mailbox. Photographs are accessed through authenticated storage and are not published by the enquiry form.
Retention and deletion
Website enquiry records and uploaded photographs are automatically deleted after three calendar months from submission. The scheduled cleanup also removes associated notification payloads and delivery records. Cleanup normally runs every five minutes; service interruptions may delay deletion until processing resumes.
This schedule applies to active website storage. Emails already delivered to our mailbox, downloaded copies and any separate service or accounting records are managed separately. Provider recovery copies may remain temporarily under their backup and recovery arrangements. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information.
Website security
We use transport encryption and server-side validation. Uploaded photographs are intended to remain in private storage and are not made public by the enquiry form. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Please do not send payment card details, sensitive identity documents or other unnecessary confidential information through the enquiry form. Contact us to access or correct your personal information.
